As is known, the attack of the virus can only be countered by a healthy and strong immune system and having a relaxing massage with essential oil can help that process. In fact, due to their anti bacterial properties, using essential oils in massage can strengthen the immune system making it stronger and healthier! If it is needed a massage can be personalised, eg: sinus massage to clear the respiratory tract, to fight sinusitis, lungs massage for a better breading, and so on. However, massage, can also be just for those who simply want to feel better, relaxed and experience the many beneficial properties recognised by the essential oils! -
SOME ESSENTIAL OILS TO HELP WITH FLU SEASON

Physical Level= particularly used for its balancing properties of the hormonal system, but used also for its fantastic expectorant properties, producing excellent results in the treatment of chronic bronchitis, asthma and cough following flu.

Physical level= works fantastically with congestions, allowing to breathe better. It can be used it topically on your chest with a carrier oil to help breathe better, opening hairy and clear mucose. Lemon: Emotional Level= The oil promotes love with its uplifting effects (as well known by all the citrus oils), also promotes ultimate and spiritual health and well-being.. Lemon is also used to purify the mind, body, spirit, as well as the space used for spiritual practice. Physical Level= it is an excellent antibiotic, which can be used from the first appearance of flu symptoms, colds, and sore throat. its antibiotic and haemostatic properties are useful in case of tissue infections, cold sores, etc. It is also known for its anti-rheumatic properties, tonic for blood and lymphatic circulation .
White Thyme: Emotional Level= thyme is a good ally in cases of mental fatigue, stress and insomnia. Physical Level= know for its anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties, is a great activator of the immune defenses, also natural antiseptic for excellence. Gives great results in fighting respiratory diseases such as bronchitis, sore throat, flu. Fantastic oil for its anti-rheumatic properties, for muscle cramps, also well know for skin purify (acne, dermatitis, and other skin impurities)
There are many other Essential oils, such as Ginger, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, Frankincense etc… that can help to fight the cold, flu or help to strength the immune system.
